Dedicated to the memory of Jeremy
Dr. Jeremy Bradshaw-Smith passed away on the 25th August, aged 90 years.
Dearly loved husband to Ann, father to Emma, Charles, Robert & Lucy, with 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A much loved GP to the people of Ottery St Mary & district, he will be missed greatly by all his family and friends.

Thoughts
Will never forget Jeremy flying all the way from Spain just to attend our father's funeral in 2001. He was much loved and charmed all who met him. As can be seen in his elegantly recorded stories from Ottery, in his book - 'This May Hurt a Little.'

I knew Jeremy through his work with the East Devon Branch of the Campaign to Protect Rural England - one of the many good causes he actively supported. He was much valued for his calm wisdom and good humour.
I also knew of Jeremy long before I came to Ottery for his pioneering work on medical computer systems. A multi-talented man who was much loved and will be missed.
